Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an undamaged product in its original packaging within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We cannot issue a refund until we receive and inspect the original product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and it must have been shipped to and used in the United States. We cannot issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners, or products purchased and used outside of the United States.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Replacements

We are able to provide a replacement device if the device is defective within the 1 year warranty period. See Limited Warranty.

Within 30 days:

- If you have purchased your Felik from our online store (felik.ai, felik.net, shop.felik.net) then please reach out to us at csr@felik.net to initiate a replacement. You can alternatively use the Felik mobile app's Contact feature.

- If you have purchased your Felik from Amazon.com, please initiate a replacement request via Amazon directly. We are not able to directly replace devices sold through Amazon while they are still within the 30 day return window. Amazon has its own process for handling all 30 day return and replacement requests, and we are not able to initiate a return or replacement through Amazon on your behalf. 

After 30 days:

Please refer to the Limited Warranty document. Your device is covered under warranty for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please file a support ticket or contact us directly at csr@felik.net

If you have purchased your Felik on Amazon.com, please request a return from Amazon's website. Items purchased via Amazon.com can only be returned via Amazon.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
