If Felik is showing up under Menu > Manage Devices but you are seeing a black loading indicator when trying to connect to it, there are several possible reasons workarounds:
- Go to Menu > Manage Devices and unpair from Felik. On iOS, you can do this by swiping left on the detected device. On Android this can be done by long-tapping the detected device. Once unpaired, attempt to pair with the device again.
- Uninstall and re-install the mobile app, then pair with Felik.
- If all of the above fails, perform a Factory Reset.
