If your home Wi-Fi network is not detected by Felik, there could be several reasons why:
- Make sure that your router has a 2.4 GHz network enabled. Felik does not currently support 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks, but most routers have the option to enable both frequencies. Your mobile device can still stay connected to the 5 GHz network even if Felik is using the 2.4 GHz frequency.
- Try moving Felik closer to the router, especially if there are a lot of Wi-Fi networks detectable in your area.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi SSID is being broadcast. If you know that your SSID is hidden and do not wish to enable it, you may tap the Connect Custom button in Felik's Wi-Fi settings and type in the SSID manually.
- Make sure that your Felik's Wi-Fi radio is not disabled via settings. Refer to the Wi-Fi Settings page for details on how to use the hardware buttons to enable Wi-Fi. This setting can only be changed using Felik's buttons.
